Tennis is a game is a game of power, explosion, quickness, reaction, and finesse.  Our tennis training programs aim to address all areas of preparation for the rigors of playing high level tennis.  We focus on key areas such as rotator cuff strength, and stability for shoulder power and protection.  Our strength training program takes into consideration the rotational aspect of the sport and so we spend quite a bit of time working hip and core rotational movments to produce more power in shots and serves.  Our reation drills will enable you to read and react to the ball so that you get to, and make shots that were previously unreachable.  Check out the video below to see a sample of our tennis training program.
