Our ankle shackle works by adding resistance to the hip flexors, rotators, and abductors. Strong hips translate to quicker lateral movement, faster cutting, and better acceleration. Our shackles are great for short bursting sprints, shuffling, drops, as well as other position specific applications. They work well when paired with our punch belts, power harness, and 12' speed cords. They come in 3 resistance levels: light, medium, and heavy.
