Our Acceleration Stride Ladder is set at the optimum number of strides for the start and acceleration phase of sprinting. This stride ladder ensures that the athlete does not over reach or under stride when sprinting from a standstill. It can be used to train for the 40 yd dash, 100 m sprints, base running, and any other sports application where linear sprinting is needed. We have a both a youth and adult version of this stride ladder. The youth ladder is suitable for athletes up to aprox. 6th grade or 12 yrs old.
